METAMORPH FILMS.ORG is a tax-exempt 501c3 founded on the principal that our society needs more high-quality films with science content, for the general public. The more our populace is informed, the more easily we can find solutions to the issues we face, like the changing climate and the staggering loss of biodiversity.

Metamorphosis is fundamental to our mission
In nature, metamorphosis is completely transformative, and fundamental to the cycle of the organism undergoing it. At Metamorph, we believe we have reached this point in our society, that to survive as a species, we need large-scale, metamorphic change. This change will only come through listening to the natural systems upon which we rely. And we listen through a culturally aware, sensorially focused, scientific approach.

MetamorphFilms.org is a sister organization to Metamorph Films, LLC, which has been making films for the last 20 years through company director Kathy Kasic. With nature as a guide and our senses in mind, our collective work swings on a pendulum between art and science. We strive for our work to metamorph hearts and minds, in essence to make a positive impact on our environmental and social ethic.

We have extensive experience working in every biome on the planet from the Arctic to the Antarctic, from tropical forests and rivers to ice fields. Metamorph LLC's work has featured on BBC, National Geographic, Curiosity Stream, Amazon Prime, iTunes, PBS, and NPR, as well as museums, art galleries and prestigious film festivals worldwide.
